Time

I can't believe how quickly time goes. It seems like only yesterday that we were coming home with our sweet little boy for the first time. And yet, he is 13 months old today. He's trying to walk by himself and climbing on anything he can possibly get too. He's so happy and for that, I truly thank God. He laughs all day at things that I wouldn't normally laugh at. But I guess that is the joy of a child, they find joy in everything and anything. I realized, while writing that, that maybe this is what God wants us to do. He wants us to be able to find joy in the smallest gifts He gives us...sunshine, a cool breeze, a flower in the middle of a field. How glorious would that be if we could always feel the joy of a child! Thank you God for you magnificence and your precious gifts that you give us each day!

Our little man!

This is our little man! He was born June 5, 2006. I can't believe he's already a year old! Every day, he just grows and learns more and more! He's just about walking, so I know that we've got a lot of miles ahead of us! We thank God each and every day for the provisions He has made to take care of us! It is so wonderful to have the blessing of such unconditional Love each and every day!

This is Chip and me on our wedding day in front of Hampton Cove. I would highly recommend a wedding on a mountain. We got married in Huntsville, Alabama at a Christian chapel. It was so beautiful and we really were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of God's creation that surrounded us. All honor and glory go to Him for making our wedding day as beautiful as it was!
